What kind of treatment do I need?

There are many types of treatment options available, from outpatient or day programs to residential care. The best way to see what you need is to complete a chemical use assessment administered by a professional. They can help you make the right treatment choice and can provide you with referrals.

How does the Family Program work?

Crescendo Chemical Health believes that family involvement is critical for success to happen. We encourage family and support persons to be involved with treatment by attending a one-on-one meeting with a counselor.

How much does treatment cost? Does insurance pay for treatment?

Crescendo Chemical Health accepts nearly all insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Medical Assistance, Medicaid, Medica, UCare, United Healthcare, Preferred One and Cigna.  You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles for treatment as well as any charges your insurance plan does not cover.

We do verify insurance prior to you coming to treatment to ensure that there is coverage, although this is not a complete guarantee of coverage. We also bill your insurance company for you as a courtesy. Depending on the length of time of your treatment plan, the program you’re enrolled in, and your insurance plan, treatment costs will vary.
